Other Comments: This was better than a top rated bbq place we visited in Dallas, Texas. I had the brisket and slaw sandwich, Stephen had the chopped pork and slaw sandwich. Both were out of this world delicious. You are served Texan style on a tray with chips, picked vegetables and your choice of sides – mac and cheese it was. The food here is cooked “low and slow” starting at 5am every day. The service is fantastic, the staff happy to see you and genuinely warm. This isn’t a big place and on a hot day it is crowded and can get a bit stuffy but wen the food is this good, you just don’t mind and you can pretend you are in Texas anyway! We will definitely going back here to try more of their delicious meats!
