Other Comments: This lunch was amazing. We booked the 6 course discovery menu and were sat by the window overlooking the vineyards entrance in plush armchairs in a warmly decorated drawing room. Our waitress, Sandy, was fantastic. She was super friendly, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions about the wine and food. The food was unbelievably tasty and one of my favourite degustations. The wines paired beautifully and we got to taste different vintage wines side by side with the same dish to enable us to compare and taste the differences. I have noted the dishes above however I would point out the cauliflower soup and the duck as my favourite dishes. The cauliflower soup was creamy, smooth, spicy and warming. The duck was cooked perfectly and the vegetable dust made the dish fun; you added you own choices to each piece (or the whole dish) to change the overall flavour to your own palette.

I don’t want to spoil any more surprises but the menu follows the journey of the estate.
